TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta:Property developer Laguna Cipta Griya (LCGP) is
planning to leave the property sector and focus on oil and gas.
“We are expecting production to start this year from the land concession in Langsa, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD),” said Laguna director Danny Boestami on Wednesday.
However, the director also added that the company would still be engaged in the property sector although on a smaller scale. “We still have some land banks left, but we are planning to sell them by the end of this year,” said Danny.
In order to support the effort, the company has signed a joint operating agreement with Blue Sky Langsa Ltd. Laguna is aiming for production to start by September in Langsa’s area.
